What we collect

When you complete the free AI audit or book a call, we collect: your name, company name, work email, optional phone number, and the answers you provide in the questionnaire. We also collect basic technical data (browser type) and anonymous usage analytics.

Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare your audit results, to contact you about your results and our services, and to improve our website. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the questionnaire.

How we store and protect it

Your responses are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase. Access is restricted to TNL. We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our database host (Supabase), our hosting provider (Vercel), our analytics provider, and our scheduling tool — and only as needed to deliver our service.

Your rights under the PDPA

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email hello@thenarrativelab.co and we will action your request.

Analytics & cookies

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.
