I build AI systems for a living. The Narrative Lab exists because I kept watching Malaysian business owners get sold the wrong thing — slide decks, courses, and six-figure “transformation” projects — when what they needed was a straight answer and a working system. So that's what TNL does: an honest audit of where AI saves you money, and then the build. I use AI to deliver the work itself, which is why a small firm can do this at a price and speed a traditional consultancy can't.

Fixed scope, fixed price, delivered in weeks. Enterprise AI firms won't touch a RM 15k project. We will.

A Malaysian entity. We meet face-to-face, invoice in RM, and we're still here after launch.
Honest about being new.
We're early. We say so. Founding clients get a reduced rate in exchange for honest feedback.
